35 high street wedding dresses by the best brands
Needle & Thread
Wedding dresses: perhaps the single biggest fashion purchase of your life, but annoyingly, they often come with a big price tag to match (eye roll). That's not the case for these incredible high street wedding dresses though.
Several brands have put together beautiful, affordable collections of wedding dresses, separates, and accessories, for a fraction of the normal price.
The “wedding tax” phenomenon is real – if it's a product or service aimed towards your big day, people will hike up the price purely because of the demand.
Just because the price tag is low doesn't mean these gowns and separates aren't more than worthy of your big day. Besides, then you can put the cash you save towards the honeymoon trip of a lifetime, or a house deposit, or that kitchen remodel you've been dreaming of.
Scroll down for Cosmopolitan's edit of the best high street wedding day looks, including jumpsuits, shorter and longer dresses, curve styles, strapless dresses, and long sleeve versions too.
Ted Baker is great for the minimal city bride, while Monsoon has bohemian frocks of dreams (hi, bell sleeves). ASOS has some major curve styles (including a cool crop-top-and-skirt combo), and Reformation has the most romantic, simple cream gowns you’ve ever seen.
Have fun shopping, and give yourself a huge pat on the back for all the money you’ll sneakily save – while still looking *knockout*.
Here are 17 of our favourite brands doing the bridal thing right now, and why we love them so…
